Time Out is currently recruiting for a Circulation and Distribution manager to join the marketing team. The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing skills with extensive experience in magazine or news trade circulation and distribution. The role operates across Magazine and Guides.
This individual will be responsible for the distribution and circulation strategy for Time Out London Magazine and Time Out's 11 in-house Guides titles. This will involve managing the print run to improve sales efficiency on the weekly magazine, annual ABC reporting, management of the merchandisers and negotiations with key retailers such as Tesco, Borders and M&S. This person will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Guides Managing Director and Magazine Marketing Director as well as Time Out's distribution network.

Time Out is currently recruiting for a Magazine Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing skills with extensive experience in direct marketing, ideally for subscriber based products or services.
The ideal candidate will fill a recent vacancy within the Time Out marketing department. They will be responsible for all external communication designed to drive magazine subscriber acquisition and retention as well as newsstand sales. They will have a proven record for developing and managing direct mail, PPC, traditional media, PR and e-mail campaigns. This person will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with editorial, the publisher, the external PR agency, subscriptions bureau and media and creative agencies. Experience identifying and managing partnerships and joint ventures would be an asset.
Publishing experience and CIM qualifications are an advantage but not a requirement. A passion for London, culture and travel is a must.

Time Out is currently recruiting a CRM & Data Manager to join the marketing team. The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing skills with technical expertise. The role will operate across the Time Out Group (Magazine, Online and Guides) with particular attention to subscription marketing.
This is a new role within the Time Out marketing department. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a marketing database, identifying cross selling opportunities, developing a segmentation strategy, quantifying lifetime value of market segments and building and managing a subscriptions model to inform direct marketing and retention strategies. This individual will work closely with the Online, Magazine and Guides Marketing Managers and will report to the Head of Marketing. They will also work with a number of external partners and the in-house technical team, so superior people skills and effective project management is vital.
An understanding of the latest regulations in data protection will be an asset. Publishing experience is an advantage but not a requirement. A passion for London, culture and travel is a must.
