  • Got a suggestion that would make Time Out London a better site? We’re listening. Please leave a comment below

  • We are in the process of revamping the Time Out London site from the bottom up, with the aim of making it the best possible site for planning and sharing your leisure time in London. We have tons of ideas for how we can do things better and features we want to add, but we also have our ears and eyes wide open and we’re looking for input from our users: that’s you.

We’d really appreciate your comments on what you think would make the site better, right now, from your personal point of view. It could be something really simple, or a really far-fetched wish. Either way, we’re listening.

Please leave your comments below, and if you’d be available to help us test our new site please send us your details so that we can contact you when the time comes.

Thanks again for using Time Out!

hey, timeout how about paying me to review films and /or theatre? forty years experience, a degree in lit crit, a keen sense of fair judgement and a deft, pithy and entertaining turn of phrase.
all yours for a nominal fee....
or would you prefer to sustain your jobs for the boys programme? mmm..I wonder.....

The booking side of this site is unreliable. I have lost count of the number of times the system is down.

Hi, Medicine Bar in islington has now shut down and has been replaced by Albert and Pearl (by the owners of the Old Queen's head) - was looking on here for a review of the new place, it opeened in June 2008 I think!

Please please please remove the hugely irritating ads on the right hand side! As other users have pointed out, they cause substantial delays in the loading of pages and are a visual nuisance. I know the revenue is valuable to you, but no one wants to see these crappy ads which ruin what is otherwise great site! Thx, M

Your 'send us your suggestions' link doesn't work.

I would like to say that the review that you have placed for My best friend's sister is absolutely awful. If you think people appreciate the type of review that is filled with expletives then you are very mistaken. Unfortunately I was excited about going to see the movie until I read the review. I would like to know who decides to let such filth get online as a main review for a film. I would recommend that you review your publishings before airing to the general public.

This web site is terrible. As another reviewer wrote a few days ago, every page takes ages to load due to the 2 ads which seem to load afresh every single time. The content may sometimes be good when you finally get it, and I persevered for about half an hour, but it took so long every time, I gave up. I was looking for a restaurant to go to & used other sites eventually. You need to sort it out as I would use any other site before this one again.

This may not be the right place but cannot see anywhere else. Saw a taste london article on your site wher you could buy voucher which gave you discounts in resturants, I wished to get one as a present for somebody but cannot see it now, can you send me website or link please

hi folks, thanks for the comments, much appreciacated as always. To respond to a few in turn
John and Jay - Sorry we didn't list the burger joints you like, but it's a critical list so not every burger place will be in there. The comments you mention at least demonstrate that users can suggest other burger places - and indeed a more powerful, searchable user-review system is in the pipeline.
CN - thanks for the tip re Masa, there was technical error with those pages.
Linda - try the Time Out shop for your DC book http://www.timeout.com/shop/city-guides/washington-dc-g uidebook.html
Carlos - drop a line to tompeel [at] timeout.com re First Thursdays
Washington - have you posted re the Tree House pub on the best gastropubs feature? that would be the best place to make your voice heard on the subject.
thanks guys, keep the comments coming

Did a search on Burger Restaurant reviews. At the foot of those reviews some of your readers were suggesting that a place called Cheeky Pete's was worth visiting (like you'd reviewed it in your guide above) but it is nowhere to be found in your reviews or anywhere else on your website. If you want to retain your credibility you need to maintain quality.
    Thanks

That's twice I've checked, and unbelievably, you don't list The Tree House in Barnes, despite a full list of all the other lesser players.
Is this intentional? Or have you just missed one of the best gastro-pubs in London?
I've known it for over ten years, and can't remember ever being disappointed. Please share.

    Hi Alastair
I am preparing an article for Artabase, which is a social networking website for the art. I want to cover the art scene in London, and in particular, The First Thursday. Would it be possible to have a chat to someone at TimeOut or other agencies involved with this fantastic event to know more about how it started, what have been the excellent outcomes, plans for the future, ecc.
    I thank you

hi where can i send pictures of my time out room? yes that's a room in my house which walls are lined with time out covers i religiously collected for the last 12 years. the best ones made it on the walls. my dad (an italian decorator) spent all day last year doing it. i'd like time out to take a look at it and maybe publish it....it'll be a dream as i'm its number one fan:-)
